GLEN D'OLIVEIRA
Since completing his education in 1981, Glen has worked in many aspects of the computer industry. Starting with the room-sized mainframes of the 1980’s, and continuing up to today’s multi-processor machines. His extensive experience makes him qualified in many areas of the industry.
For 7 years Glen provided technology support services to the State of Connecticut Correctional Facility, whcih included 150 mainframe/PC users, a 200-line internal phone system and more than a dozen specialty systems including seismic, motion, microwave sensors, as well as computerized key control systems, emergency and safety systems, air-handling systems, custom database systems, staff training and more.
Glen then assisted the state in the daily maintenance of a large WAN network with 2000+ users spread over 40 remote locations. In addition to diagnosing network problems and providing diagnosis and replacement of network equipment, he has fielded thousands of end user help desk calls.
Glen is our Service Manager, and runs all in-shop and onsite service repairs and dispatches. He monitors customer satisfaction levels and service quality, and works hard to insure client satisfaction. Glen is a valued member of our team.
