SERVICE-BENCH
It is becoming hard to find a dependable computer repair facility, and even harder to get good service. Technicians can be more friendly with computers than with people. Technicians speak jargon-ese. Technicians forget they are dealing with people first and computers second. Technicians think they are simply supposed to figure out what is broken and fix it. Most service benches WILL NOT address software issues, which can include software repairs, component upgrades and data protection and recovery. Our technicians have over 70 years of combined service and repair experience. PBI staff has been working in the personal computer industry since 1983 and collectively we have sold, installed, supported and repaired over 20,000 computers. We know computers, we know software and we know people. Our service and repair bench is one of the best and most experienced in the world. The next time you have a difficult technical problem, make us the first stop. You'll be glad you did.
